Voltforge is engineering-led, not retail-led. The shop sells properly built connector assemblies and pigtail kits. The repair service fixes the problems that cheap components and poor installations create. The Know How section gives you the reference material to do it right in the first place.
Every Voltforge harness is designed around your actual vehicle and kit, so branches, lengths and terminations land exactly where they should. That means faster installs, fewer bodges and easier fault‑finding later.
We don’t stop at looms. Voltforge can specify and build full electrical systems – from fuse and relay panels to switchgear, distribution and grounding – so everything works as a single, documented package.
Need parts, not a full loom? We stock and build cablesets, connector kits and small harness assemblies, giving you reliable, repeatable building blocks for your own wiring projects.
Connectors, cable, sleeving and protection are chosen from proven automotive and motorsport ranges, so your wiring stands up to heat, vibration, moisture and dirt instead of failing the first time it gets abused.
Looms are routed and protected with the job in mind – vans, 4x4s, plant and race cars. We plan clamp points, grommets and service loops so the wiring survives daily use, not just a photoshoot.
Harnesses are be labelled and supplied with comprehensive documentation or pinout information, making installation, diagnosis and future upgrades far more straightforward for you or any technician who follows.

Right now Voltforge is focused on designing and building looms, electrical systems and cablesets for real vehicles – refining our standard offerings, developing custom solutions for builders and upfitters, and expanding the component ranges we keep on the shelf.
The shop is live at shop.voltforge.co.uk — Deutsch DT connector kits and pigtail assemblies, British-built using UK-made automotive cable and OEM-spec components. Backed by a 2-year warranty.
The repair and diagnostic service covers leisure vehicles, campervans, overlanders and 4x4s across North East England and the Scottish Borders. If your electrics aren’t behaving, we find the fault, fix it properly and leave you with a system that makes sense.
The Know How section at voltforge.co.uk/know-how/ is a free library of technical reference guides — cable sizing, ampacity, heat shrink sizing, conductor classes and cable management. No sign-up. No email capture. Just useful information that should exist.
Sometimes the right answer is a product from the shop. Sometimes it’s a repair visit. Sometimes it’s a five-minute conversation that saves you a day of second-guessing. All three are valid.
